"Strange Encounter"
- Found a stock photo of a boxer and built the image around this. The boxer image needed to be beefed up a bit, so I used the warp tool to enlarge his muscles. I also extended his arms and back becasue they didn't go down far enough. I 'built' the gas-mask guy from a few photo's I took myself combined with a couple of random military pictures (royalty free from SXC.hu). Was fun piecing a character together in this way without any reference. A lot of freedom.
I love images where there is a burst of light rays that illuminate the darkness from above. And I love images with gas-masks!
Oh, and I managed to complete the picture despite slicing through my thumb with a scissors while making a hole in a belt....random story, but hey, what the hell?!
