It's a great reference point for seeing how fabric folds on clothing like jackets, shirts, pants, etc which can be tricky to visualize without reference (and it's not exactly easy to make fabric folds stay in the exact same position the whole time).
There's also some great anatomy stuff and facial scans of expressions.
